Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryMARIA DO CARMO CORREIA MEDEIROS 1930 - 2017 It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Maria Medeiros, beloved wife, mother and grandmother, at the age of 86, on Sunday, March 5, 2017 at St. Joseph's Residence. Maria will be lovingly remembered and deeply missed by her husband of 68 years, Manuel; her children, Alvaro (Alcida), Arthur (Kim), Lino (Ana), Mariano (Elaine), Rosa (Joe), Eusebio (Karen) and Nelson, as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff of St. Joseph's for the care and compassion they provided to Maria. Prayers will be held on Thursday, March 9 at 8:00 p.m. at Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, 181 Austin St. N. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, March 10 at 10:00 a.m. also at the church. Entombment to follow in Assumption Mausoleum. If friends so desire, donations may be made in Maria's memory to St. Joseph's Residence or the Diabetes Association of Manitoba. Your memory will live on in our hearts forever.
