CHRISTINA MARION MASON November 23, 1921 - March 1, 2017 Marion Mason died peacefully at Seven Oaks Hospital. Mum was predeceased by her husband Melvin, her son Richard, daughters-in-law Valerie and Nancy, son-in-law Barry; her parents William and Augustina Thynne, her sister Jeannie, and brothers Thomas and Roy. Mum was proud to be the last of her lineage. Mum enjoyed her 95 years. Mum leaves behind her children Pat (Ron), Alan (Joan), Ross (Sylvia), Joanne, Beverly (Ron), Cathy, and Craig. She also leaves many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. The family would like to thank the staff at Seven Oaks Hospital 5th floor Unit 4, Dr. Nolan Finlayson for their exceptional care; her home care workers Jennifer, Corinne and Christine who lovingly cared for her. We are grateful for the kindness shown to our mum. Please join us in celebrating her long life Sunday, March 19, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at First Nations Alliance Church, 44 Tentler Ave. Cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
