TINA REMPEL On the morning of March 10, 2017, at home, Tina found peace in the arms of her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. She is survived by her loving husband of 69 years, Henry; daughter Marian Thiessen; grandson Kevin Rempel; sisters-in-law, Lena Schapansky, Margaret Schapansky, and brother-in-law Bernie Harder. Tina is predeceased by her son Ron and son-in-law Gerald; brothers, Herman and Jake Schapansky; sisters, Margaret Harder and Mary Sawatzky and brother-in-law Bill Sawatzky. Tina loved doing things for others, be it hosting out of town guests, preparing fabulous meals for special occasions, working at the thrift store and serving in various capacities at church. She also loved to spend time outdoors tending her garden or traveling in the motor home with Henry. She was dearly loved and will be missed very much. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, March 14 at 1:30 p.m. in the Concordia Village Centre, 1115 Molson Street. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice. We wish to express a special thank you to all the caregivers who made it possible for Henry and Tina to remain together at home.
