Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryVIRGINIA MATRICK Peacefully on March 8, 2017, Virginia passed away at Concordia Hospital at the age of 87 years old. Virginia is predeceased by parents William and Catherine (née Nowakowski) as well as siblings Rose, Violet, Alexander (Florence), and George (Nelda) Gmiterek. She is survived by her extended family, network of friends, and her pet Schnauzer Chelsea. A private interment is to follow. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 204-586-8044

Virginia will be remembered for her kindness and generosity to all. She enjoyed sharing the fruits of her garden as well as the corn, Easter bread and baskets of strawberries she purchased.
