Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryFRANK JAMES PRICE Peacefully, on March 20, 2017, Frank died at the Grace Hospital. Frank was a career Public Servant. In his retirement he turned to volunteerism and especially enjoyed his years at Deer Lodge Hospital. Frank is survived by his partner Thanh, a circle of caring friends and his pets. Very sorry to hear of Frank's passing. He was a friend and fellow board member when I was board chairman and President of Village Clinic, now known as Nine Circles, a major chronic health clinic in Winnipeg. I also knew Frank when he was president of Gio's and also of Gio's Cares, a charitable body that offered important financial help to people living with HIV.
