Phil was many things to a lot of people but to me he was my cousin and a kind and loving friend. He had a way of making me feel as if I mattered and was special and I know that he was able to do that with most everyone that he knew. I am so sorry that he is no longer with us and I want to give Karen, Erin, Jillian and Eugene my heartfelt condolences. Rest in peace Phil. - Posted by: Linda Bontey () on: Apr 06, 2017

Phill was more than just a cousin to me, he was a life long friend. From growing up together, to more recently our lunches out. These are memories I shall forever cherish. My condolences to Karen and the girls. I know you will miss him greatly, as will I. Lorne - Posted by: Lorne winnicki (Cousin ) on: Apr 06, 2017

I met Phil when he bowled with my Dad, back in the early 90's. Then in 2001, I had the chance to work under his supervision until his retirement. I feel blessed to have had Phil as a Boss. Phil respected, valued and treated the employee's in which he supervised in the best way possible. He was very quiet most of the time, stern when you needed to be disciplined and stood beside you when "push came to shove". My only regret, is that I didn't go down and visit with him as I said to him a few weeks ago. My Thoughts and Prays go out to all his family and friends. Phil will be truly missed, he was, One of a Kind! Stephen Weedmark - Posted by: Stephen Weedmark (Former Employee) on: Apr 05, 2017

My middle name Philip was named after him. I was told that I shared his joking nature and sense of humour. He will be missed. - Posted by: Andy Cumming (First cousin once removed ) on: Apr 04, 2017
