Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryTHEOFANIS SPARTINOS It is with great sadness the family of Theofanis Spartinos announces his passing on April 11, 2017 at St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg. Theofanis was preceded in death by his parents George and Dimitra; brother Peter; brother-in-law Theodore Vardalos; nephew Pasha and grand-niece Marina. He is survived by his beloved son George; Sophia; sisters Eleutherie and Dina; sister-in-law Wendy and brother-in-law Petros. He was also a much loved uncle to Antonia, Diane, Nick (Ann), Dimitra, Kosta (Ritsa), George, Theo and Dimitri; beloved great uncle to Giorgo (Amanda), Teddy, Gulay (Rolly), Nuray, Jasmin, Ellie (Nelson), T.C., Petros, Kostantina and Neko; and adored extra great uncle to Dimitri, Taliya, Ozzy and Taze. Theofanis was born on July 1, 1935 in Athikia, Greece to George and Dimitra Spartinos. He worked and lived in Canada, U.S.A and Greece where he managed to make life-long friends and connections. He touched many lives through his humour, generosity, friendship and hospitality Thank you to the caring staff of doctors and nurses at St. Boniface Hospital and The Asper Institute. Prayers will be held on Monday, April 17 at 7:00 p.m. at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 2255 Grant Ave. Funeral Service and Interment to be held in Greece. www.voyagefuneralhome.com
