Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLLOYD ANTONATION It is with fond and loving memories that we sadly announce the peaceful passing of Lloyd at Holy Family Home on Monday, April 10, 2017, at age 94. Lloyd is survived by his loving wife, Merle; children, Diane (Lawrence), Larry (Lynne); grandchildren, Christopher (Colleen), Amanda (Brock), Marcus; great-grandchildren, Peyton, Daxon, Piper; brother Orest (Anne); sisters, Rose, Helen; numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends. He was predeceased by parents Harry and Teenie Antonyshyn; brothers, Matt, Bill, John, Pete, Mike, Fred and Roy; sisters, Ann, Lucy, Marie and Jean. Lloyd was born in Marco, Manitoba on December 20, 1922. Lloyd found fulfillment with his career in carpentry, won several wrestling titles as a professional along with his brothers Bill and Orest. He enjoyed country music and dancing, holidays visiting relatives, and always had an open door for family and friends. He was a very devoted husband and father, recently celebrating his 70th wedding anniversary with Merle. The family would like to thank all of the staff at Holy Family Home for their care and compassion. Prayers will be held on Thursday, April 20 at 7:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated on Friday, April 21 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Josaphat Church, 590 Alverstone Street, with Father M. Krochak officiating. Interment to follow at Holy Family Cemetery.
