Milka died peacefully and with the dignity at Seven Oaks Hospital in the same way she lived her life. Milka will be missed dearly by her family Lucija, Drazen, Mladen and other numerous relatives and all who knew her for her gentle, caring spirit and kindness. In accordance with Milka's wishes a private memorial service will be held. CROPO FUNERAL CHAPEL 204-586-8044

Milka was my godmother, but I called her Grandma. She often used to bring my family desserts she would bake, and she used to spend the holidays with us. We took her to meet her brother in Illinois, and I remember her giving nature to the kids in the neighborhood. Our street was no longer the same without her.
