Adeline was born in Mayville, North Dakota on October 1, 1925, leaving to mourn her sons, Rick, Bob, Barry (Kim); and daughter Bonnie (Tim). Grandma will be dearly missed by her grandchildren, Krystal (Jorge), Rhianna (James), Blaire, Jay (Jessie), Orie (Kat), Cortney (Andrew) and Madison; as well as her great-grandchildren Luna, Vega, Kevin and Kade. She was predeceased by her husband Stanley Jackiw (2002), by her parents, her beloved seven siblings, and her grandson Konrad (2011). Adeline worked a variety of jobs, she was most proud of her time as a medical secretary, and her 'real' full time job, raising her four children. Adeline enjoyed her time with her family at gatherings and dinners. Her hobbies consisted of baking/cooking, gardening, going to Falcon Lake, and she enjoyed her days at the casino. With Mom, the family and friends always came first. We would like to thank the wonderful staff at Middlechurch Home and Deer Ward, for the many years of care, and dedication. Funeral service will be held 2:00 p.m., Monday, May 8 at Korban Funeral Chapel, 907 Main Street. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation or Multiple Sclerosis Society.
