Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryANDRZEJ (ANDY) OSTROWSKI With great sadness in our hearts, we announce the sudden passing of Andrzej on May 28, 2017. Andrzej was born in Rzeszow, Poland on February 19, 1956. He was predeceased by his father Wladyslaw and brother Janusz in 2013. He leaves to mourn, his loving mother Jadwiga, his cousins and many nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles and their families, also numerous friends. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, June 2 at Holy Ghost Roman Catholic Church, 341 Selkirk Ave. at 10:00 a.m. with an Oblate Father officiating.
