DEGAGNE It is with sorrow that Dad passed from this life at 90 years of age in Winnipeg, MB, on December 18, 2016, at the St. Boniface Hospital. He went peacefully, and with his family by his side, to begin a new journey with God. A celebration of Dad's life, where family and friends can gather to reminisce on a life that was full and had a lasting impression on many, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 15, 2017 from St. Timothy's Church, 135 John Forsyth Road. In lieu of any flowers or gifts, a donation can be made to the Salvation Army in Charles' name.
