Barbara, so sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. It was always a pleasure to meet Murray and to have a little visit with him when he was out and about with his faithful companion, his little dog. Your Dad was a kind gentleman and your Mom very much a lady. My condolences to you and yours. Hanna - Posted by: Hanna Lailey (Neighbour at the lake ) on: Jun 27, 2017

So very sad to hear the news. A wise, kind, caring and gentle man was Murray! He was always giving of his time and he was there when you needed him. A true family friend, especially for my Mom (Marjorie). Murray (and Norah) will always be remembered fondly by all. They are together again for eternity The night sky now burns brighter with one more jewel in heaven! - Posted by: Blair Anderson & Family (Donna, Connor & Colin) ((Friend)) on: Jun 26, 2017

Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family as you adjust to your loss. Murray and Norah were wonderful friends of the Anderson family. They both were so generous in the support they offered my mother, (Marjorie), my brother, (Blair) and me on our family's return to Winnipeg after my father's death in 1965. I personally appreciated the support from Murray in finding summer employment while attending the University of Manitoba. Our memories are rich with many warm and comforting experiences with Murray. - Posted by: Brian & Patti Anderson (Family Friend) on: Jun 26, 2017

So sorry to hear of your Dad's passing. I loved talking to him on the phone and visiting him on Ballard Cres. He loved my canned tomatoes that I made for him! I will miss talking to him and his Oatmeal cookies that he used to make and having coffee with him! - Posted by: Judy Shkolny (Friend) on: Jun 24, 2017
