JOHN TOMA With great sadness, we announce the peaceful passing of John Toma, in his 64th year, on Sunday, September 24, 2017 at Concordia Hospital. He will be dearly missed and was a beloved husband, father and son. John was married to Sara for 37 years. Together they raised three children, Nicole (James), Fadi (Krista) and Caroline. Besides his loving wife and children, John is survived by his mother, Samira, and siblings, Houda, Fatin, Fadi, Fadia, George, Ramia, Roula, Rami, Mike, and their families. His passing leaves us and all who knew him with wonderful memories. A prayer service will be held at St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church, 2255 Grant Ave., on Wednesday, September 27, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the same location on Thursday, September 28, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to CancerCare Manitoba in his honour. www.voyagefuneralhome.com
