Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryEKATERINA JANZEN 1923 - 2017 With great sadness, the family of Ekaterina (Tina) Janzen, announces her passing on the evening of Wednesday, October 25, 2017, at Donwood Manor Personal Care Home. Tina was predeceased by her parents, Helene and Franz Janzen, brother, Jakob Janzen, and stepbrother Jakob Dyck. Tina was loving mother to Marina (Peter) Warkentin; devoted Oma of Ena, Deanna, (Raymond Chabot), and Julia Warkentin. She also leaves behind her great-grandsons, Liam and Owen Chabot. Tina will be dearly missed by her loving brothers, Gerhard Janzen, Franz Janzen (Germany), Peter Janzen, and stepbrother Dietrich Dyck (Germany), along with their extended families. The funeral service will be held at Douglas Mennonite Church, 1517 Rothesay Street on Monday, October 30, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastors Don Rempel Boschmann and Adam Robinson officiating. Interment to follow at Glen Eden Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to Mennonite Church Manitoba (Frohe Botschaft), or to Donwood Manor Personal Care Home (Spiritual Care), where she was given compassionate and loving care.
