My sincere condolences to the Solinsky family. I have fond memories of spending time during my teenage years at the Solinsky's. Always welcome there to spend time with Heather. The Pollitt family expresses our deepest condolences to the Solinsky family over the passing of Ted. He was simply an amazing man whose smile warmed a room and handshake made you feel appreciated. His storytelling and laughter made all who knew him feel at ease. As a family friend he helped me buy my first car and talked the salesperson's ear off, finally getting me a huge discount I could never have achieved on my own. But that was Ted...he loved to help others and would give you the shirt off his back if you were in need. I look back fondly on the times I spent with Ted and wish there could have been more of them. I offer my sympathies to the family and hope they know what kind of man Ted was and the positive influence he had on so many people.
