Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryPATRICIA MALCHUK Patricia was born on July 13, 1936 in the Town of Shoal Lake, Manitoba. After a courageous battle with cancer, mom succumbed to a peaceful end on December 10, 2017. Pat is survived by her six children, Darlene (Wally), Marty (Hilda), Daniel (Ingrid), Terry, Linda (Chuck) and Daryle. She also has ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Prayers will be held on Thursday, December 21, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. and Funeral Divine Liturgy will be celebrated by Rev. Fr. Mark Gnutel on Friday, December 22, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. both at St. Anne's Ukrainian Catholic Church, 35 Marcie Street. The family would like to thank all the staff at Holy Family for their care and dedication to our mother. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
