DESTINY LYNN HODSON December 31, 2017 It is with heavy hearts, we announce the sudden tragic passing of Destiny Lynn Hodson on December 31, 2017. Destiny will be lovingly remembered by her sons Garrett and Austin and their fathers Todd Hurst (Erin) and Brett Naskrent; parents Barbara and Darren Greengrass and Michael Murray; grandmother Gertrude Greengrass; godmother Dale Leclerc; sisters Candice (Joey) and Lesley; brother Travis; nephews Daymieon and Michael and niece Hannah as well as too many aunts, uncles and cousins to list. She is also remembered by the most wonderful group of friends a girl could ever have. Destiny was predeceased by grandparents Roy and Ione Hodson, Edward Greengrass and Leo and Marie Murray; great grandparents- Peggy Wilson, Herb and Lillian Gibbings, Gerry Hurst and godfather Len Leclerc. Destiny was an animal lover and many dogs and cats were recipients of that incredible love during her lifetime. She also enjoyed camping, fishing and bonfires and would rather have worn camouflage than a dress any day. As a child, Destiny was enrolled in YBC but didn't show much interest. As an adult, she became an avid bowler who not only loved the sport but went to two National Tournaments and won a gold medal. We will always miss your gorgeous blue eyes, your beautiful smile and your infectious laugh. You will never be forgotten for we will always carry you in our hearts. A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, January 9, 2018 at Korban Funeral Chapel, 907 Main Street at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family would ask that donations be made directly to the Garrett and Austin Future Fund at the TD/Canada Trust.
