Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLUDMILLA (LUCY) KLOS (nee WANSBUTTER) It is with extreme sadness we announce the passing of Ludmilla "Lucy" Klos at Charleswood Personal Care Home on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at the age of 93 years, following a brief illness. Lucy was born in Minsk, Russia in 1924 and moved to Canada in 1949. Predeceased by loving husband George. Lucy leaves to cherish her memory: brother Edward (and Lenya) Wansbutter, daughter Victoria Thornton, son Erik (Holly) and granddaughter Megan Acton-Klos. A funeral service will be held Saturday, January 20, 2018 at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street at 10:00 a.m. with viewing prior to service. Interment will follow in Holy Ghost Cemetery. I volunteer at Charleswood Care Home where i got to know Lucy over the past few years. I would take her back to her room after breakfast where she would share stories and photos of her family whom she loved.
