JOYCE ALTA HAPPY (nee HEATHERINGTON) November 19, 1942 - January 10, 2018 It is with utmost love and respect for our dear mother and grandmother that we announce the passing of Joyce Happy on January 10, 2018. Joyce is predeceased by her parents, William and Evelyn; and husband Morris. She will be missed by her two children, Gregory Happy and Sandra Novak (Happy) as well as daughter-in-law Michele Happy; and her four grandchildren, Leo Novak, Jennifer Novak, Carter Happy and Cameron Happy. Joyce will be remembered as a strong, independent thinker, open to debate and discussion of current affairs, even with her grandchildren. During her last years, Joyce found enjoyment in visiting with friends and family, bowling, suduko, puzzles and gardening. Cremation has taken place and a memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Avenue at Henderson Highway. Reception to be held following the service.
