She will be lovingly remembered by her children Randy (Loraine), Pam (Miles) and Bob (Cindy); grandchildren Jodi (Kelly), Kory (Erin), Kevin, Sheri, Melanie (Shannon), Colin (Laura), and David (Brie); her great-grandchildren Abigail, Paige, Emerson, Taylor, Chloe, Hudson and Natalie. Carmen was predeceased by her husband Xavier; daughters Gail and Lori and her four sisters. Carmen was a long time resident of Elmwood. She worked many years as an employee at Eatons. She loved the outdoors and her fond memories of summers spent with Lori and family at White Lake and Seven Sisters, gardening, fishing and vacations to Hawaii and Florida and bus trips to Shooting Star. Family was everything to Carmen and she enjoyed each and every moment she spent with them. Carmen always had a smile for everyone and never had a negative thing to say. The family would like to thank the staff at Bethania Personal Care Home for the care and compassion Carmen received. A Celebration of her Life will be held on Thursday, February 1, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. at Bethania Personal Care Home, 1045 Concordia Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba. www.voyagefuneralhomes.com
