HELENE SAWATZKY (nee NOWICKI) Helene fell asleep in death, on the evening of January 29, 2018 at the Beausejour Hospital, to await the resurrection in God's Kingdom in paradise, for which millions are praying to come on earth, when no one will say I am sick and death will be no more and when Jehovah's name will be sanctified forever in a paradise earth. Helene was born on May 16, 1931 in Hazelridge in a family of nine. She was predeceased by her parents, Anton and Maria and by her husband Andrew in 1999. She was also predeceased by her brothers, Frank, Charlie, Joe and Tony and by sisters, Agnes and Marie. She is survived by her sister Evelyn and brother Edward. As per Helene's request, cremation will take place with burial at a later date. Funeral service with viewing will be held at 2:00 p.m. at Sobering Funeral Chapel, 1035 Park Avenue E., Beausejour with a light lunch to follow.
