RENE VANDAL It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Rene Vandal on February 3, 2018, at St. Boniface Hospital, at the age of 69 years. He was predeceased by his beautiful wife Brenda Vandal. He will be remembered by his four children Alice, Katherine (Dave), Adrian (Laura) and Angela; six grandchildren, along with brothers, sister, and many nieces and nephews. When Rene wasn't working hard in the bush, and for the city, he loved spending time hunting, fishing, and picking blueberries with family. He retired in Richer, MB with nature right outside his front door. Dad wasn't a man of many words, but those handsome blue eyes said it all. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. in the chapel of Voyage Funeral Home, 220 Hespeler Ave. at Henderson Highway.
