Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOCELYNE SINGBEIL (nee GAGNON) August 17, 1957 - March 5, 2018 It is with broken hearts we announce the sudden passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and daughter Marie Jocelyne Emelienne Singbeil (nee Gagnon) on Monday, March 5, 2018, at her home in Winnipeg. She leaves to mourn her passing her loving husband of 38 years, Frank, her children Leanne (Rory), Kayla (Matt) and Courtney (Joel), her grandchildren Orianna, Taryn, Lucas and Isabella, her mother Jeannine, as well as her siblings Edward, Alice, Jeanne, Allain, George, Germaine and Gerard. She was predeceased by her father Bertrand Gagnon, as well as her mother and father in-law Edna and Egon Singbeil. A Celebration of Life for Jocelyne will take place on Saturday, March 17 at 1:00 p.m. at Sobering Funeral Chapel, 1035 Park Avenue E., Beausejour. I'm so shocked to hear of Jocelyne's passing; I was just told of it today. It leaves a funny feeling because I haven't seen her or Frank for so many years but have thought of them from time to time and always say, "oh going to drop in on the old gang" and never do. My sincerest condolences to the family. I had the honour of working with Jocelyne at Heritage for almost 8 years - 4 of which we worked in the same room. I am so happy that I got the opportunity to get to know Jocelyne - she was always there to listen and offer support. She was so strong and she loved her family fiercely.
