NETTIE FEDORUK On Wednesday, March 21, 2018, at Fred Douglas Lodge, our beloved Mom, Gramma, Great-Gramma passed away peacefully at the age of 90. She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her children, Ken (Linda), Judy (Ed), and Janice (Ray); grandchildren, Chris (Karey), Kelly (Chad), Lori (Bryce), Nikki (Clint), and Derek (Nic), eight great-grandchildren, three sisters-in-law, Elsie, Florence, and Olga, and numerous nieces, nephews and friends. Nettie was predeceased by her husband Joseph in 2004. She worked at Eaton's in customer service, retiring in 1993, a job she loved and made many friends. Nettie took great pride in her home and especially her garden. She would spend hours in her garden puttering around. She was also a fantastic cook especially her borscht, perogies and cabbage rolls. But her greatest joy came from spending time with her family, especially our Sunday morning coffee time where she loved her iced cap and chocolate donut. We were so very grateful to have been able to celebrate Mom's 90th birthday with family and friends. The family would like to thank the staff on Evergreen Unit at Fred Douglas Lodge for their compassionate care of Mom and the kind support to the family during this difficult time. Memorial service will be held Friday, April 6, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main St. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of your choice. You felt so very lonely Mom Ever since Dad died... But you can walk together now Forever side by side...

The Pospishell family is very sad to hear of your loss. My mother, Fern and Nettie were old friends. Before my mom went into a personal care home, her and Nettie often talked to each other on the phone reminiscing about old times. My mother sends her condolences. - Posted by: Fern Pfaff (Pospishell) (old friend) on: Mar 31, 2018
