Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOHN LESLIE WARDELL August 11, 1962 - April 13, 2018 On Friday, April 13, 2018 John passed away, surrounded by family. John is survived by his wife Ruth; son Shane; sister Rhea (Trev); brother Don (Dawn), as well as other family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents and his grandmother. We wish to thank the staff of Seven Oaks Hospital for all their care and support. Funeral service will be held on Friday, April 20, 2018 at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street at 7:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to ALS Society of Manitoba in John's memory.

My condolences to all the family. John and Ruth have been my neighbours for many years. Had many short chats with John outside. He would either be waiting for the bus on his way to work or coming or going for a walk to the store. I will miss our short visits with him. May you rest in peace my friend. I have known John for quite a long time, will always remember him as a kind, gentle soul. Always happy and joking whenever I saw him, he will be missed, my deepest sympathy to Ruth and their family, as well as John's siblings and families.
