Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryLUCY MONA USWAK Peacefully, on April 16, 2018, Lucy passed away in Winnipeg at the age of 86 years. Lucy is survived by son, Gerald Uswak, and daughter, Cindy Henning. She was predeceased by her parents, William and Annie Osachuk; and sister, Evelyn (Lily) Jaques. The family would like to thank the wonderful care provided to Lucy over the years at Park Manor. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, April 25 at 12:30 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. Donations may be made in Lucy's memory to the Parkinson's Society of Manitoba, 414 Westmount Dr., Winnipeg, MB R2J 1P2.
