I'm very sorry for your loss. Him being the oldest of the first cousins and me being the youngest allowed me to look up to him. I'm so sad the family fell apart and I didn't get to see him as much as i would have liked to. I enjoyed bumping into him in various places. We always had a ready smile for each other. I remember wearing the best costume for Halloween because Syd owned and operated Talbot Productions. I miss you Syd and wish we could have remained close. You were a great older cousin to me when I was growing up. R.I.P you worked your whole life now you get to rest. See you on the other side. - Posted by: Roslyn Saurette (Cousin) on: Jun 14, 2018

Syd was a great person. He was always funny and great to talk to. We were next door neighbors for years, and he always made you smile. I am glad that I can say that I knew him. My condolences to the family. - Posted by: Nicole Recksiedler (Neighbor) on: May 06, 2018

Syd was a person who could light up a room with his humour and quick wit. He was one of the few people who could make me belly laugh. Gone too soon, the book wasn't finished. Good night my friend - Posted by: Sherry Hallson (Sister in law ) on: May 02, 2018

When I was a young girl he was a good friend with my sister Gwen. He gave me my first job at the bookstore in. st.James which I enjoyed thoroughly. He taught me to appreciate collectable comic books and for years helped us pick out our annual Christmas tree. He was funny, caring and all round nice guy . He will be remembered fondly. - Posted by: Kimberley Knight (Acquaintance ) on: Apr 30, 2018

Syd was a man who touched many lives, in all of the pharmacies and other businesses and clients that he serviced. I had known him for 14 years, and he always came in to talk to me, smiling and full of energy, vigor and enthusiasm. He always loved to talk about his Mets, and I always liked to shoot them down! He would always find some way to cheer you up if you were stressed out or having a bad day. He bent over backwards to do any task you asked of him. He was probably one of the most hard working people I had ever seen, especially at his age. Rest in peace, Syd. You will be missed. I offer my condolences to Kelly and the rest of the family. - Posted by: Jerrod Cox (Co-worker) on: Apr 30, 2018
