LEO JOSEPH ANTOINE SEEWALD It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Leo on May 15, 2018, at Health Sciences Centre, after a lengthy 12-year battle with liver disease. Leo was born on April 10, 1950. Leo will be fondly remembered by his wife Lynda; sons, Marc (Stacey) and Daniel; granddaughter Regan, along with sisters, Beth (Dave), Marie (Ray) and Terri; and brothers, Joe (Nikki) and Guy; and sister-in-law Yvonne. He was predeceased by his parents, Charles and Alma; brothers, Noel and Paul; nephews, Tyson and Patrick, along with sisters-in-law, Denise and Jeannine. Leo grew up in St. Boniface in a French Canadian family with seven siblings. He was a journeyman diesel mechanic and his love of computers led to his final job with Air Canada as a Systems Administrator. His love of 10 pin bowling brought him many years of coaching. Leo loved to see people do better. He loved to read and spent many hours on the computer. His inner strength kept him going despite ailments and setbacks. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at Heather Curling Club, 120 Youville Street, Winnipeg, MB. In lieu of flowers, if friends so desire, donations may be made in Leo's memory to the Canadian Liver Foundation, Suite 801, 3100 Steeler Ave. East, Markham, Ontario L3R 8T3. www.voyagefuneralhomes.com
