WILLIAM ROGER BROWN April 26, 1936 - July 7, 2018 It is with deep sadness the family wishes to announce the passing of William Brown, aka Roger, to friends and family, on Saturday, July 7, 2018. Roger will be greatly missed by his wife Margaret of 32 years. Also left to mourn are: Roger's daughters, April McLeod and Linda Hershly; Margaret's children, Susan, Cameron and Grant; as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Roger was predeceased by his mother, Claira Joye Brown. Roger was employed by Winnipeg Transit for 24 years and retired in 1998. In retirement Roger continued to work with Park Realty. Prior to his employment with Transit, Roger learned locksmithing, gunsmithing from his stepfather Norm Brown and was active in this trade as well. The family would like to express their heartfelt thank you to Menno Home in Grunthal for their care of Roger the past eight years. Rest in Peace Dear Roger.
