For many years, Dad volunteered in the Ukrainian Catholic Church and supported Ukrainian communities and organizations. He was very active and in financial and on-going operations of the St. Andrew's Church. Condolences & Memories (1 entries)

  • It's with Memories, on behalf of my Grandparents & Parents that we are thinking of you all. I am Mr & Mrs. Yawny grandaughter, & Ray & Doris daughter from Fort Whyte. I remember walking over to your Grandmother's once a week to visit her. A Candle burning, something cold to drink, & a bun to eat, What fond memories I carry. Your father came by to check on her & we would all speak Ukrainian. To think a shopping centre & movie theater is there now. May the memories be with you all, it's with true understanding for both my parents passed away young.Take care Shirley Lepoder Thomas. We are now living in Argyle Manitoba on a small farm. - Posted by: Shirley Lepoder Thomas (neighbor) on: Aug 08, 2018
