Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryDIANA MARIE (DORGE) DEGAGNE July 11, 1942 - August 4, 2018 It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister at the age of 76 years young, at the St. Boniface Hospital, surrounded by her entire family. She will be fondly remembered and greatly missed by her husband of nearly 59 years (November 21, 1959), Adrien, daughter Diane (Gerald), sons, Gil, Paul (Jo-Anne) and Richard (Beverly), grandchildren, Nicole (Claude), Corey (Kristin), Ashley, Michelle, Melissa (Adam), Billy, Matthew (Jillian), Nadine (Dylan) and Nicholas (Tanya), and great-grandchildren, Hayden, Cienna, Joshua, Jayden, Kara, Remy, Jaxson, Priya, Ruby and Max, seven sisters, four brothers and their families. Diana was predeceased by her mother Solange (Lapointe), father Adelard Dorge, brother Marc, and granddaughter Samantha. We have lost our matriarch, which is a profound loss for the entire family. Mom wholeheartedly accepted her role as head of the family with grace and kindness and she provided much needed guidance and support to her entire family. She will be deeply missed. Diana's faith in the Lord our Father guided her in every aspect of her life. Her kindness, loyalty and compassion are a legacy that will live on in everyone that knew her. The family would like to extend sincerest thanks to the staff at St. Boniface Hospital and deepest gratitude to Ashley Hebert, Diana's angel of a nurse. In lieu of flowers, the family would like to request that memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation. Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 10, 2018 at 1:30 p.m. at the St. Norbert Parish, 70 St. Pierre Street, St. Norbert, Manitoba. Interment to follow at Green Acres Funeral Home and Cemetery located on Highway 1 East at Navin Rd.
