Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryJOAN ALMA MAGUIRE (BRASSARD) Peacefully, on August 26, 2018, Joan passed away in Winnipeg, MB at the age of 86 years. Joan was predeceased by her husband Roy Maguire, her parents, Jake and Rosealma, her brothers, Roy and Jerry, and sisters, Nita and Elaine. Joan is survived by her brother Glenn Brassard (Loretta), sister Sharron Breckenridge (Jeff) and sister-in-law Jane Brassard all of Thunder Bay and sister-in-law Sheila Brassard. Joan is also survived by her daughter Carrie (Bob) Derksen and sons, Jim (Donna) and Mike (Elaine). Lovingly remembered by grandchildren, Laura, Lindsay, Caileigh, Chelsea, Tyler, Thomas and Shannon, as well as great-grandchildren, Karl, Emily and Owen. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 4 at 1:00 p.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street in Winnipeg, with Rev. Msgr. Maurice Comeault PH officiating.
