REINHARD BERNDT June 30, 1932 - October 26, 2018 Peacefully on the morning of October 26, 2018, Reinhard Berndt went home to his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. He was predeceased by his sister and is survived by his wife, two sons and their families. Reinhard spent most of his working years as a pastor with the Church of God. He worked tirelessly teaching God's word and helping others grow in their faith. He leaves behind a testament of faithfulness and perseverance for us to cherish. While he will be greatly missed by his family and church congregation, we are comforted to know he is finally at rest. A funeral service will be held at the Concordia Church of God, 705 Concordia on November 3 at 11:00 a.m., with viewing prior to the service. Interment in Glen Eden Memorial Gardens. Special thank you to the staff at Riverview and the Palliative Care team for their compassion and caring.
