Condolences & Memories (9 entries)

Janine Tougas - Posted by: Janine Tougas (cousin) on: Jan 13, 2022

• We would like to offer our sincere condolences to the Vermette family on the passing of my good friend Bernie. I had a lot of respect for Bernie because of the love for his community and local residents. His thoughtfulness for elders was exceptional. Our prayers will be with you in this time of mourning. - Posted by: Hector & Annette Demarcke (Friend) on: Dec 23, 2018

  • Bernie was such a fun guy to play music with. He had so many great jokes to share with us back stage and tested them on us to make sure they were ok to share with the audiences. He always made us feel good as musicians. He would always tell us how great we made him sound. I still repeat some of the jokes he shared with us. Bernie, I play your CD when I want to hear the good old traditional French songs. Thank you for being part of my life. My deepest condolences to Beatrice, daughters and their families. See you later my friend. - Posted by: Roland Dandeneau (Friend and musical Comrade ) on: Dec 22, 2018
