RUTH EDITH ADSHEAD (nee JAQUES) January 2, 1946 - December 19, 2018 At the age of 72, Ruth passed away at the Riverview Health Centre. She will be lovingly remembered by her daughters, Corrinne and Karen (David); son Timothy (Laurelly); grandsons, Christopher and Sean; sister Pearl Shalley; sisters-in-law, Patricia Dumontet (Raymond) and Pat Jaques along with numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Ruth was predeceased by Tom, her loving husband of 40 years; parents, Levine and Walter Jaques; and 11 of her siblings. Ruth enjoyed entertaining family and friends, including an annual Thanksgiving dinner at the Lodge in Tin Town. She was very fond of her cat Toulouse. After the passing of her husband, Ruth loved to spend time in Vancouver visiting her daughter Karen. A private family service will be held on Sunday, December 23, 2018.
