I was shocked to find Florence's obituary on line today. I call her occasionally and today when I called I could not connect to her. George was her first cousin and fondly remembers her from all the get-gethers with family. I, Linda, met her when I married George in 1970 and remembered her great dinners at her home in Calgary. We send her family our condolences. I hope this gets through to her family as we do not have their contact information. Again we are sorry to hear about Florence. - Posted by: George & Linda Kabatoff (First cousin) on: Sep 05, 2019

You are in my thoughts. I am going to miss Florence also. I hope you feel surrounded with much love. Your Mom was very proud of her children and extended family. Sending healing prayers and "comforting hugs". Cornelia - Posted by: Cornelia (Friend & companion) on: Jan 22, 2019

My deepest sympathy to all. Our Moms were such good friends when we were all kids. I have very fond memories of Florence and the home on Oberlin. I understand your sadness all too well, as I lost my Mom, Bella, to cancer less than 2 months ago. I'd like to think they have now met up again. Wishing you love & peace during the difficult days ahead. - Posted by: Mona (Friend) on: Jan 19, 2019
