ELSIE SCHILKE (nee FREUND) October 4, 1925 January 17, 2019 Elsie Schilke (nee Freund), aged 93, of Winnipeg, MB, formerly of Steinbach, MB, passed away on Thursday, January 17, 2019, at Meadowood Manor Personal Care Home, Winnipeg, MB. She is survived by two daughters, two sisters and their families. Elsie was predeceased by her loving husband Daniel, one son-in-law Gene, two brothers and one sister. The funeral service will he held on Thursday, January 24, 2019 at 2:00 p.m., at St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, 465 Henry Street, Steinbach, MB, with viewing prior to the service. Interment will take place at St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Cemetery, Highway 12, R.M. of Hanover, MB. Donations in memory of Elsie may be made to the St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church, Steinbach, MB, the Alzheimer Society of Manitoba or to a charity of one's choice.
