Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryGUNTER WILHELM DELFING It is with sad hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Gunter Wilhelm Delfing. On January 21, 2019, surrounded by loved ones, Gunter left peacefully to join parents, Peter and Aurelia; first wife Nellie; second wife Ursula;, and brothers, Egon and Hugo. He leaves behind his children, Chris (Tom), Rita (Nick); sisters, Anita (Gerhard), Helga (Soren); stepchildren, Cindy (Gregg), Connie and Craig (Sandy). Grandchildren, Caitlyn, Matthew, Katherine (Steph), Colin, Ryan, Alex, Tyler and Drake. Sisters-in-law, Gisela (Egon), Vera (Hugo), and many nieces and nephews. Gunter also leaves behind his sweetheart Gertrude and many good friends. Please join us in celebrating his life on Monday, January 28 at 2:00 p.m., at Cropo Funeral Chapel, 1442 Main Street. We are deeply saddened to read today that Guenter passed away. Our sincere condolences to the whole family. Guenter was a wonderful person who will be missed by us as well. Guenter was a dear friend. Gunter will be missed dearly by all of us who knew him. He, and his bass voice, were a great asset to our choir. Dear Ursula: My wife and I are vacationing in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico & I just noticed the obituary for Gunter. Please accept my deepest condolence for your suffering. Gunter & you were two of my favourite clients & friends while I worked at John Fehr Insurance. There are not many things I miss about working but my relationships with nice people like you & Gunter is at the top of my list.
