Condolences & Memories (6 entries)

  • Carole & Larry - I am saddened to hear of the passing of your son, Stuart. Sounds like he was a fun loving guy. It so hard to lose a loved one - cling to the memories. At times like this, God gives us strength beyond our understanding. May He wrap His loving arms around you, comfort and bless you at this time and in the days to come. Wish I could be there to give you a hug. Your cousin, Elaine (Woods) Gibson. - Posted by: Elaine Gibson (Mother Carole's cousin) on: Feb 22, 2019

  • I was truly saddened to hear of Stu’s passing. He was such an amazing man and a pleasure to have worked with over the years. I never really saw him without a smile on his face and, in the rare moment I did catch him without a smile, he easily turned things around after a quick sarcastic comment I’d make to him (which he’d waste no time to take a jab right back at me). He was someone I was proud to call a friend and we’d easily be able to pick up where we left off, even if years had gone by. He sure had a talent of being able to brighten my days. I’ll miss you and your warm smile Stu. May you rest in peace, dear friend. Deepest sympathies to his family and friends. - Posted by: Cheryl Girouard (Ex co-worker) on: Feb 21, 2019

  • So sad to see Stu's passing while my spouse and I are in Hawaii. Stu was a unique individual and will be missed. I enjoyed my friendship with Stu over the years and he would always approach me every time I showed up at Pembina in the good old years. Stu you were a great guy and I will miss the conversations that we would have. Sad I will miss the funeral but RIP Stu. My condolences to his extended family on his passing. - Posted by: Kevin Duckett (Friend/Co-Worker) on: Feb 20, 2019
