Kiera and I started off being friends incredibly young, never a doubt in my mind Kiera would grow up to be such a smart and beautiful person. We would always laugh together about everything, we would go on adventures to the beach, and played in our neighbourhood with so many close friends... Kiera always would light up the whole room with her contagious smile! We all adored you so much, my prayers are with your family. Kiera will always be close in her energy, she truly touched many people’s lives throughout high school and into her adult life- we’ll always miss you and cherish the memories. You truly changed my life for the better! - Posted by: Kade Clifford (Friends ) on: Mar 20, 2019

We prayed regularly for Kiera, though we never met. I know for sure she's gone to a better place where there's no sickness or pain. May her soul rest in perfect peace in Jesus name. I also pray Gods comfort and peace over her loved ones. Stay strong in the Lord! - Posted by: Folusho Hezekiah (same church and small group with Melissa and Brian Klassen) on: Mar 19, 2019

Kiera was a motivation and an ispiration for me to push myself to become the cook, and person I am today, she helped mentor my work ethic, and overall treated me like an equal, even in times she had much more experience then I. She will not be forgotten - Posted by: Taylor Zachary (Friend, classmate, co-worker, and mentor) on: Mar 19, 2019

She was a great friend I really cared about her she helped me to see was okay for me to be who I am when we were in culinary arts and I was stressed because I would stress during the lunch rush she told me to relax and I be okay. She understood me she was okay with me and my autism and this memory I will cherish forever. It was our last choir concert before graduation and she saw that I was sad and nervous told me that this will be the best concert ever and she helped me to know that even though we were graduating we would always remember each other and that we always stay in touch and that even though we were graduating we would always be friends I will never forget her she was a great friend - Posted by: Kiana (Friends) on: Mar 18, 2019

I will always remember Kiera’s love for reading novels of choice. She was an avid reader. I can picture her today sitting in my classroom and loving to read. She enjoyed her music which helped her to stay focused. My deepest condolences to her family and friends. Cherish the memories made. Kiera was a lovely young lady who came and hung out every morning in the music room. She was enthusiastic about learning new things and I always found it fascinating what new idea she would be cooking up in culinary arts. Kiera will be missed greatly by all who knew her. - Posted by: Janet Isaac-Martens (Choir teacher) on: Mar 17, 2019
