JOHN VOTH

John Voth passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 20, 2019.
He was born on December 22, 1929 in St. Elizabeth, Manitoba, to Katja and Wilhelm Voth.
John spent most of his life on the farm in St. Elizabeth working for his father and then took over the farm. He married Anita Wiebe on July 9, 1955. They moved to Winnipeg in 1969 where he worked for Brett Young Seeds. In the summer he continued to work on the Voth farmstead until 1971 when they moved permanently to Winnipeg.
He is survived by his loving wife Anita; children, Debbie (Brian), Rob (Lynn), Gail (Mike), Janet (Marc); and grandchildren, Steven, David, Samantha (Mitchell), Luke, Brett, Alex, Katherine and Patrick.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Mennonite Central Committee.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Grace Hospital for their compassionate care of John.
Memorial service will be held at North Kildonan Mennonite Church, 1131 Roch Street, on Thursday, April 25, 2019 at 10:30 a.m.
