Condolences & Memories (1 entries)

  • My mom, Louise Lage sat across the table from Jake at mealtimes at Irene Baron. My mom has resided there since Christmas 2018- my dad Rudy Lage passed away Dec 19th and she was so happy to recognize a friendly familiar face. My mom told me that he worked for Edison Rental back in the '70s when she worked there; as well they both went to the same church. I would often join “the gang” for lunch and would have a great time chatting with your dad. I think he thought I was a bit silly because he often seemed to laugh - albeit without sound. The last time I chatted with the group on Blueberry Bay, we talked about all going dancing; there was great music on. Your dad had a sparkle in his eye; I'm sure he was a wonderful father. I understand your mom only passed 7 months ago; nice to know that they are now reunited. My condolences to the family. - Posted by: Margy Nelson (Acquaintance ) on: May 02, 2019
