  • So sorry to hear of your loss. Unfortunately I will be unable to attend the Celebration of Life due to a prior commitment and the short notice I can not make other arrangements. Loren was full of life and his love of God. I am sure he is with his Lord now. Be at peace with that thought and that he is not suffering. Again my condolences to you and your family. - Posted by: Cheryl Robinson (Cousin) on: May 02, 2019

  • I am so saddened by the loss of Loren. Worked with him in adult ministries at Grant for thirteen years and got to know his heart for the Lord and the ministry while working together. We became fast family friends and I so feel for Brenda and the family in this great loss. Having lost my husband I understand your deep hurt. Will keep you in my prayers. - Posted by: Verna Froese (Friend and co-worker) on: May 01, 2019

  • My deepest condolences to Loren's family. I did not know him well but when visiting my Mom at Sturgeon Creek and had the opportunity to ride the bus he was always so warm towards everyone and so very helpful. You could tell how much he enjoyed the interaction with everyone. I was there just a few weeks ago and the van was in the shop and Loren had to make several trips to accommodate all the travellers in a car. I had the pleasure of sitting in the front seat both directions and he and I had such a great chat and I learned about his family. You could tell how very proud he was of all his children and grandchildren. He will be missed immeasurably at Sturgeon Creek from everyone that had the pleasure of meeting him. I am still in shock at this very sad news. Hang onto your wonderful memories to sustain you through these difficult days ahead.
