Condolences & Memories (3 entries)

  • So saddened by the news of Gerald’s passing. I have very fond memories of Uncle Gerald. Edie and Gerald used to visit Scotland when I was young and always brought a wee present for us kids. He and Aunt Edie were very kind to us when we first emigrated to Canada and even took us for our first pizza! Our thoughts are with his family at this difficult time. • I was very fortunate to be included in Strome family events over the years. I will always have a special place in my heart for Mr. Strome. He was very kind and gentle with a quiet wisdom. Will be remembered always. - Posted by: Carole (Friend of daughter Lynne) on: May 18, 2019

  • So sorry to hear of Gerald's passing. He was indeed a true gentleman! I really enjoyed our chats during his and my Dad's time as neighbours at their home. Big hugs to Edith and their family. - Posted by: Sandy Gauthier (Friend) on: May 18, 2019
