I was on holidays when I heard the sad news that John had left us. We were looking forward to seeing him again. He always brought joy and really brightened up the room when he was present. We remember him as kind, so pleasant and a great sense of humour. He will definitely be missed by all we had the pleasure of knowing him. Our sincere condolences go out to you Mary Anne. May you be comforted by the all the great memories that you have of John! God bless Sally Young - Posted by: Sally Young (Care giver) on: May 23, 2019

I was shocked and saddened to read of John's death. Was just thinking of him the other day as I packed the pictures he gave me. Although we haven't seen each other for many years he was one of the kindest and most gentle people I have ever known. He helped me with Bill and for that I was eternally grateful. My deepest sympathy to Maryanne. I wish you courage and strength at this most difficult time. You truly were the love of his life, and he, yours.
