October 30, 1939 - May 22, 2019
He was survived by his wife of 40 years, Sharon Bartel, sisters Alice: (Lynden) Wolgemuth, Rose (Peter) Dueck; daughters: Terri ((Darrel) Brigden, Trina Bartel, Theresa Bartel; grandson Connor (Jessica) Pomeroy and many nieces and nephews.
He is predeceased by his parents Dora and Peter Bartel, stepmother Anne Bartel, daughter Janice Mckinnon, brothers: Vern, Harry and Lenard Bartel.
A celebration of Lorence's life will be held on Sunday, May 26, 2019, at 2:00 p.m. at Birchwood Funeral Chapel, Steinbach, MB.
