MARY TUCHAK

Peacefully, on May 23, 2019, with her daughter at her side, our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend, passed away at the Middlechurch Home.
Leaving to cherish her memory is her daughter Lesia (Mike) Samec; granddaughter Irene (Mike) Alarie; beloved great-grand-daughters, Talia and Kaylie; brothers and sisters, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends.
We would like to gratefully thank all the wonderful staff of Middlechurch Home of Winnipeg, who so lovingly cared for mom the last three years.
Funeral service will take place at Korban Funeral Chapel on Tuesday, May 28, 2019, at 10:30 a.m. Interment at Holy Family Cemetery, 4355 Main Street.
In lieu of flowers, if you so wish, a donation may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, 1379 Kenaston Blvd., Winnipeg, MB R3P 2T5.

Mom, we love you and will truly miss
all the special things which
you did for us so unselfishly.
Gone but not forgotten.
