ANNETTE JAMES
She was predeceased by her husband Lary in 2012, after 50 years of marriage. Annette is survived by her son Ronald (Katherine); her daughter Lori-Ann (Randy); grandchildren, Tyler, Rhiannon, and her grandpups. Also left to mourn her passing are her sisters, Angela (Joseph) and Jennie (Ernie), her brother-in-law Robert (Laurie), and sister-in-law Jean.
Annette was predeceased by her parents, Andrew and Pauline Kuzma, her brother Bill, and sister Olga. Also predeceased her were many in-laws and other family members.
Mom was born on September 15, 1937 in Winnipeg, Manitoba and was raised in Springfield, Manitoba, Mom and Dad established their family home in Transcona in 1966.
Mom began her working career at Smith Agencies and completed her career at Canada Post. During her retirement Mom enjoyed her time at the family cottage at Brereton Lake - where many happy memories were made with family and friends.
Mom and Dad both loved to travel to see the world, cruises were their favourite. Mom was an excellent cook and enjoyed crafting. Her grandchildren brought her great joy.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Cropo Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, 1800 Day St.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Annette's memory may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Children's Hospital Foundation.

We got to know Annette and Larry since we also had a cottage at Bereton Lake in Whiteshell. We visited each other often and shared lots of happy times together. Larry was was an excellent craftsman and Annette was an excellent cook. Good memories will stay with us forever. God bless.
