Condolences to Ray's family. I had the pleasure to work with Ray at Gardewine for a brief period of time. Ray's upbeat and positive attitude was always refreshing. Ray was truly a hard worker and was always fair but firm. He had the respect from all his colleagues. Ray you were truly a great man. Rest in peace my friend. - Posted by: Karl Schlosser (Past Co-worker) on: Jun 21, 2019

My condolences to the family. Both of us worked at Safeway early in our careers. We meet again in the 1990s when we both worked in the transportation industry (Ray with Gardwine and myself with Safety Regulation). We meet several times a year usually at seminar or workshops. Other times Ray would give me a call to pick my brain on some issues he would have. Other times I would have a coffee with him and we would talk about our future. I really enjoyed Ray's outgoing personality, quick smile and ability to laugh. Sorry to see you go so early in your life. You will be missed as I have many fond memories of you. - Posted by: Colin Dederick (Former collague) on: Jun 20, 2019
